Customers must not allow other persons to drive the vehicle unless driver is named at the time of rental; neither must customers tow, race, jumpstart, transport drugs or illegal weapons in this vehicle. The customer must understand that We Rent Autos Ltd reserves the right to pickup the vehicle if found driven by another driver other than the person designated at the time of rental, in a war or act of violence or in anyway violating the rental agreement.The customer is responsible for fuel, damaged tyres, rims, tools, cd players, radio or cassette player(s), broken license plates, all fines , court charges, parking tickets, traffic and all other violations in respect to the vehicle while in their possession.

Customers must check and point out all damages noticed on the vehicle to the company at the time of receiving the vehicle prior to leaving premises to avoid any confusion upon the return of the vehicle, as the customer will be held responsible for damages. Customers must understand that if he/she has a loss or damage and insurance company refuses to honor honor/accept the claim due to customers fault or oversignt he/she must automatically become responsible/liable for the entire cost of loss or damage, even if He/She accepted the CDW. The following are examples as to why the insurance company may refuse to honor claim: under age driver, invalid license, driver who did not sign at the time of rental, exposure of keys and belongings in the vehicle; war; drugs; influence of alcohol; or leaving vehicle at a different location without notifying the company

Driver's & Permits

Hirer/Driver must be 25 yrs old and a holder of an up to date driver's licence for no less than two years. A visitor's permit is absolutely necessary; this can be arranged by one of our representatives. Our vehicles are priced and booked by car category not by make or model.
